Originally from a small town in Georgia, southern hospitality is in Josh's blood. Capitalizing on this gift, he enjoyed a successful career in hospitality sales and operations with The Ritz-Carlton and other small luxury boutique hotels. Josh's hospitality career afforded him the ability to live in the Virgin Islands and Miami, FL. Knowing that he was ready to come home to the South and still enjoy life near the ocean, Josh set his sights on relocation to Charleston.

Josh believes that his principles of genuine care, integrity, and hard work align perfectly with his team at Carolina One Real Estate. He brings his passion for people and service to his clients, both buyers and sellers, and their satisfaction is his highest mission. Josh lives in the Park Circle area of North Charleston with his husband Andy, their daughter Estelle, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Eleanor. When they are not traveling back to the Caribbean for vacation, you can find them on the beach, a boat, or enjoying Charleston's award-winning food scene.
